Florio parts
My Mum and Dad bought this car brand new from the Leyland Dealer in
Katoomba NSW in September 1973 and later gave it to me for Christmas in
'84.
When I received it it was in very good condition and dad had already
added Super instrumentation. Over the next two years I wrecked an
executive and bought a few parts from a fellow owner wrecking a Targa
Florio to add Bucket seats, Air-conditioning, Power Steering,
interior lights, twin mirrors, Targa mag wheels, carpet, floorshift and
full console.
I also tinted the windows and added a pioneer stereo, new carpet and
new cloth inserts to the seats.
Unfortunately a "friend' wrote it off halfway through 1987. A
lot of what was in this car then went into the light blue car.
